Configuring Outputs & Routing

Configuring Outputs & Routing

Vincent Bova

Training Content Manager

The integrator learns how to connect zones to the physical speaker outputs on the back of the amplifier and tune them for the speakers they drive. Topics include output routing and naming, delay, room EQ, and every part of a speaker preset: crossover and gain, speaker EQ, FIR, driver alignment, polarity, and the clip, peak and RMS limiters. The course closes with Output Mode, showing how switching to Hi-Z 70V pairs channels into a single bridged output and adds the protective high-pass filter for 70-volt speaker systems.
